Warm home

The wall structure of an Ekorex log home meets even the strictest thermal insulation requirements. The fine-grained wood fibre insulation material fills in all cracks and tightly fixes to the structures. Heat will remain inside, walls will be warm and there will be no draught. In measurements taken by VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland, the wall structure of the Ekorex log homes received excellent results in air pressure testing when compared to the average results (VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland, research report no RTE498/05). In addition, sound insulation capacity of the structural solution is excellent.
